How it works

Dropping skis off

01

Bring them in

Tue–Fri until 17:30, Sat until 13:30. Outside those hours use the drop box left of the door — form and pencil are inside.

02

We look first

If a service costs more than the ski is worth, we email you before touching anything. Nobody has ever been annoyed by that email.

03

Two working days

Longer in February and over the Christmas fortnight. We email when they're ready rather than making you guess.

A note on machine grinds. We will not grind a ski that has less than about 0.3 mm of base material left over the edges. There is nothing left to take off, and grinding it anyway just sells you one more service before the ski dies. We will tell you, and we will not charge for looking.

Book a slot

Email is fastest — we're usually at the bench with the extractor running, so the door bell is a lottery.
